I have long been a fan of the BMW product and this is my second BMW. I am new to the area and actually wasn't really planning on buying a vehicle right now. When my family and I walked onto the lot after having lunch at a neighboring restaurant, I was greeted by Kerim Zarrouk who came out of the office and greeted us with a smile. He didn't make assumptions or ask a lot of questions to qualify me. He simply discussed the beauty, craftsmanship and engineering of the vehicle. Then he went and got the keys to the car based on the premise that words were not enough to understand the full package. I had to drive it . He was well informed about the product and the GT550 sold itself. There were no high pressure sales tactics - which was very refreshing. The entire experience was very satisfying. The entire staff there was beyond pleasant and that made my buying experience a truly joyful one. More
