Decent experience, could have been better Angel was helpful, although I feel he could have been more helpful and personable. When I started communications over the phone with him, he was not very social. He was more short and to the point. He answered my questions but very quickly and short. When I finally arrived at the dealership he was very much the same. Just very short and somewhat reserved. He did an ok job showing the vehicle i was interested in buying but I feel he could have elaborated on much of it. It did not seem like he was well informed about the car, more so that he read the description of the car online which I could have done myself. I am familiar with BMW and how much wiggle room they have int he price and after discussing the price with Angel, he quickly shot the offer down and kept pushing full price. However, I eventually worked with Paul Angel since I found some flaws with the vehicle. He was very personable and helpful. Not only that, but he knew the car was not in pristine condition and allowed some wiggle room with the price which was very helpful. It is not that Angel was a bad guy, but if i had to go back to Northwest BMW, I would like to work with Paul Angel again. More

Boring is good I knew what I wanted before I arrived. John Kim worked wonderfully in just making things happen - didn't even suggest I consider a new 2015 model. I knew what was going on at all times and even when there was a 'bump in the road' when vehicle was showing a fault when I went to take 'delivery', John just said he'd have it fixed and deliver it at 12:00 the following day. Christmas came early I have been to a total 6 different dealers looking at cars for the last 5 months. I have been to 3 BMW dealers, Towson and Bel Air. From purchase to pick up, the experience was phenomenal and fun. Janee Clark, the Customs Relations Manager, is absolutely wonderful and makes you feel like you've become part of a family. After you purchase your car, you can speak with Roy and Curtis, the resident BMW Geniuses. They will teach you everything you need to know to get the most out of all those cool gadgets and features. We also met the Service Department team and the folks in the Parts Department, all extremely helpful and friendly. John Kim worked with Bob Harris in Finance to get all our paperwork ready before we arrived, so even that part of the process was painless. We will be spending lots of time at Northwest BMW getting our new car serviced, learning about the car's features and stopping by for a wash to keep our new baby looking great. We've already gotten to know Nick, Victoria, Dwayne and Corey in the Parts Department much better than we probably should, but hey we needed new doodads for the new car. We visited several other dealerships and Northwest stood out because of the superior quality of its customer service. If you're in the market for a new BMW, and even if you're not, pay a visit to the new car sales department at Northwest and ask for Mr. John Kim. John is straightforward, courteous and diligent.
