He was even answering his text and getting back to me well after working hours to make sure I was comfortable and had no reservations in buying the car. Since I was traveling from North Carolina to purchase the car he made sure all my concerns were addressed before I came up. When I got there, all the staff were very friendly and greeted me. The place had a very good vibe and I felt very relax and comfortable. Went for a test drive, did all the paperwork, went over the car and the options it had, then headed home. The best buying experience!!! Even though I live 6 hours away my next car purchase will be at Northwest BMW. Im a customer for life. You'll see the larger dealerships (see above) stealing money from you with mandatory nitrogen fill for your tires ($99.00). Amongst other items, like charging you for gas. How pathetic. Your tire pressure will still fluctuate as much as usual. This is only because they ARE NOT filling them with nitrogen. I have access to a nitrogen cart... I did it correctly and pressure stayed stable through changing tempatures. NW, will be honest, treat you correctly and give you the best deal. Flat out. Stop looking elsewhere. More

This included allowing me the opportunity to drive both DCT and manual transmission cars. To allow me to drive the manual they went to the trouble of pulling a fully detailed car off of the showroom floor. The pricing was more than fair and the negotiation process painless and straightforward with no nonsense. This is my second BMW from this dealership. I highly recommend Northwest BMW. More
