Boring is good I knew what I wanted before I arrived. John Kim worked wonderfully in just making things happen - didn't even suggest I consider a new 2015 model. I knew what was going on at all times and even when there was a 'bump in the road' when vehicle was showing a fault when I went to take 'delivery', John just said he'd have it fixed and deliver it at 12:00 the following day. From purchase to pick up, the experience was phenomenal and fun. Janee Clark, the Customs Relations Manager, is absolutely wonderful and makes you feel like you've become part of a family. After you purchase your car, you can speak with Roy and Curtis, the resident BMW Geniuses. They will teach you everything you need to know to get the most out of all those cool gadgets and features. We also met the Service Department team and the folks in the Parts Department, all extremely helpful and friendly. John Kim worked with Bob Harris in Finance to get all our paperwork ready before we arrived, so even that part of the process was painless. We will be spending lots of time at Northwest BMW getting our new car serviced, learning about the car's features and stopping by for a wash to keep our new baby looking great. We've already gotten to know Nick, Victoria, Dwayne and Corey in the Parts Department much better than we probably should, but hey we needed new doodads for the new car. We visited several other dealerships and Northwest stood out because of the superior quality of its customer service. Frank, the sales employee, took time explaining all the features of the vehicle. He was knowledgeable about the Mercedes Benz and he was able to make educated comparisons. He wasn't trying to shove the vehicle down my throat like most salespersons do. I didn't buy the vehicle right away. I checked the prices of a comparable 535i at other car dealerships, but they couldn't beat Northwest BMW's price. About a week later, I was driving the 535i. More
