The Ultimate Dealership! 3 Days ago my wife and I had no idea that we were going to trade in our car for a newer one. We knew that we needed to do it soon because as a 2008 it 3 Days ago my wife and I had no idea that we were going to trade in our car for a newer one. We knew that we needed to do it soon because as a 2008 it was time. Because of people like Angel & Bob and of course Northwest BMW we had a great experience feeling at ease and comfortable throughout the whole process. "CLASS ACT!!!" I have leased a BMW every 3 years for 24 years. A few years ago I relocated to Baltimore and am so happy I discovered Northwest BMW. I picked up my new vehicle yesterday and have never, ever had such a hassle-free, professional experience at a dealership. When purchasing a new vehicle the sales person always promised me the world then on delivery day I was so let down. Not this time Angel Casas was awesome, he made the transfer from my old lease to new one so simple, and kept to his word with everything we agreed upon. When leaving I told Angel til death do us part. I would definitely say dealing with Angel and Northwest BMW is a five star experience. Consider them when looking for a vehicle, I promise you will not be disappointed! More

528xi Anniversary Gift All I can say is WOW!!!!! I've always wanted a BMW but I wasn't expecting it for my anniversary. The cars looked great on the lot and I had the harde All I can say is WOW!!!!! I've always wanted a BMW but I wasn't expecting it for my anniversary. The cars looked great on the lot and I had the hardest time selecting which one I wanted but when we ran into Mr. Dunneille Anderson @Northwest BMW in Owings Mills, MD he made the decision making process so much easier. From the test drive to finalizing all of the paperwork, our experience with Mr. Anderson, Mr. Paul Angel and Ms. Janee Clark was absolutely outstanding. I think that I will be a BMW customer for life. I have never had this type of treatment from a car dealership. Everyone made us feel like we were family. No pressure just an overall great experiecene (great conversation with all of the staff and a great deal.) We will be back to visit our Northwest BMW family in Owings Mills, MD for our next vehicle.
