Murray,,a former and long-time NWBMW sevice associate, had recommended two salesmen. Accordingly. I met with Angel Casas, and inquired about the 2015 535i model. A week ago, I again met with Angel, stated my preferences as to colors and features, and received a price. Three days ago, having obtained further information from the internet and the catalog furnished by NWBMW, I stopped at the dealership and took a test drive.Angel picked out a model from stock, and based upon its appearance , changed my mind as to color. Following the test drive I decided to purchase the vehicle just driven, but noted I did not wish the two option packages--as stated in my initial meeting. A very satisfactory price was agreed upon. with respect to discounted pricing on the unwanted options as well as on the listed price., as evidenced by the amount of the Md. sales tax figure.. At all times the process was handled with competence and was helpful. At no time was there any evidence of "high pressure salesmanship". My fourteen years of experience with the NWBMW service department has been entirely satisfactory. More

Best experience ever. I had been in the market for 3 months searching for my new car. Unlike other salesperson, I got a sense of integrity from Karen. Due to her friendliness, I drove 50 minutes away from my home passing 3 other BMW dealerships just to meet Karen.
