I wa told by a satisfied customer I met in your parking lot to ask for Angel, with whom he had just made a purchase, and was quite satisfied with. After waiting for Angel, who was tied up with a customer, I was approached by Kenny Hobbs. Where do I begin with Kenny. He is simply.........Outstanding! I knew after just a few minutes that this was where I was going to buy my car. I was smitten! He is extremely personable, and makes you feel like you are part of his family (not BMW family, his real family!) He said with the uttmost confidence, that he would make it work for me. He spent good quality time with me to answer all my questions and to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Respect through efficiency Angel and Kenny are now my go-to people for purchases around Baltimore. After getting a high quote at my dealer of a few years, I contacted Northwest Angel and Kenny are now my go-to people for purchases around Baltimore. After getting a high quote at my dealer of a few years, I contacted Northwest and received a response from Kenny stating he would be aggressive and put me in contact with Angel. Right on both counts. Kenny's offer slaughtered competing bids right out of the gate. Given my history with another dealer, I gave them a chance to counter. Their offer barely met the payment, but sacrificed benefits, after hours of negotiation... For those keeping track, I spent maybe two hours, maybe, over a few weeks total thanks to snow storms, working with Northwest, and the other dealer took easily 3x that amount in one stent but couldn't match while applying pressure to make a decision. Signed, sealed... And then Angel - the epitome of laid-back, polite, and focused support. We sealed the purchase, on a car from a different lot, via text messages on his own cell after answering a variety of questions from me, always patiently. Delivered. Never once was there pressure from anyone, ever. They were knowledgable, patient -- a fault cannot be found. Northwest is now my dealer, after nearly 5 years else where. More
