Super Knowledgeable, courteous and friendly I visited Northwest BMW on a whim when my car was in the shop for collision repairs with no concrete intention of buying a new vehicle and Destani wa I visited Northwest BMW on a whim when my car was in the shop for collision repairs with no concrete intention of buying a new vehicle and Destani was able to show and explain a great many things to me about the various BMW X series vehicles. I learned so much in that first visit that I found a vehicle I didnt expect to want just due to her willingness to discuss and display (she could have tried to keep me on the upper end of the price spectrum I started off on but didnt). We ended up doing a test drive (of whatever I wanted) a week or two later and that was another great experience, I wasnt set to a specific route and was introduced to in motion features as we drove. great all around experience, I'll definitely speak fondly of my experiences with Destani and Northwest BMW. More

Bluetooth audio help Stopped by the dealership yesterday to get help with my 2014 BMW 428i after speaking with Brandon Brooks; I was having problems connecting my iPhone X Stopped by the dealership yesterday to get help with my 2014 BMW 428i after speaking with Brandon Brooks; I was having problems connecting my iPhone X with my vehicle. When I arrived, I met Duane and asked for Brandon. Duane explained that Brandon was assisting another customer and asked how he could help. He walked me through how to pair my device with my car and showed me how everything operated. As Duane assisted me, Brandon came out and the two of them made sure I was comfortable with my car's technology. Brandon even took the time to program my garage door opener. They were patient, kind, and thoughtful. While I did not purchase my car from Northwest BMW, I would certainly consider doing so from Duane in the near future. Duane and Brandon provided exceptional customer service. More
