Amazing Experience We had been to other BMWs in the area and in Florida and I was blown away by Angel's professionalism and patience. I arrived with my learner's permit We had been to other BMWs in the area and in Florida and I was blown away by Angel's professionalism and patience. I arrived with my learner's permit in hand along with my 4 year old and my husband. He listened to my needs for a first car with children. He was so kind and helpful and guided me to the car that would be best suited to me. After our first meeting we left without buying anything because we were leaving for vacation. Angel did not inundate us with calls like the other dealerships rather he gave us the space and time to make a decision. We ultimately called Angel toward the end of our vacation and ordered the car over the Internet and Telephone. I was shocked how easy and convenient it was. We called Angel because we liked his no pressure, always here for you, no question is silly, relaxed, knowledgeable, professional attitude. On top of that he gave us the most competitive price. Angel also kept the lines of communication open as we waited for our car to arrive. I honestly wouldn't change a thing about this experience. Angel made buying my first car such a pleasure. I met Angel Casas, the BMW Client Advisor, talked about the all-wheel drive 428 convertible and, on his advice, took it for a test drive. The rest, as they say, is history. I was able to order exactly what I wanted from the factory (not possible through Audi) and received the car just last week. Angel was one of the most professional sales advisors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. No high pressure; a fair price and total honesty. I can't say enough nice things about the experience at Northwest BMW, I highly recommend the dealership and Angel as the Client Advisor. The car was delivered in perfect condition. The car I was interested in was a new arrival and hadn't been serviced and detailed as of my first visit, but as soon as it was Tyrone called and invited me and my wife to return for a closer inspection and test drive. We did return and I concluded it was the right car for me. After a short negotiation on price we concluded the transaction and I drove off in my new car.
