Great first experience I was at first a little nervous about making an appointment with "luxury' car dealership. I've heard many negative remarks about how the sales people I was at first a little nervous about making an appointment with "luxury' car dealership. I've heard many negative remarks about how the sales people can make you feel uneasy and can be pushy, I figured I would call first to get a feel of BMW employees before just walking in. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership, so I wasn't experienced with the process. However, my experience was the complete opposite of what I expected. I spoke with Omari Latif over the phone and scheduled an appointment. The next day he was there on time and already a list of vehicles that he thought I may be interested in. I didn't any feel pressured to make a choice but instead he walked me through the process. I purchased a used car from him and have been smiling ever since. More
