I recently brought my new BMW 135Ci back to Northwest BMW for a service (tail light was out, had a tire bubble issue plus needed an oil change) and, as always, was treated like a queen. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was addressed and that I got a good price (in this case, on a new tire). I got a lovely new loaner car, and was able to move quickly through the process and he kept me up to date every step of the way. I wouldn't go anywhere else and am grateful for all the extra effort Andy gives to his clients. More

He did not pressure me and gave me the time and space to consider all of the choices I had. All of the other people I came in contact with were very personable as well. The car I chose is wonderful. ANOTHER GREAT EMPLOYEE WAS BOB HARRIS IN THE FINANCE DEPT..HE WORKED REALLY HARD AND TOOK A LOT OF TIME TO GET ME THE BEST RATE POSSIBLE. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL . I got a loaner car 2009 BMW 328I out while my car was in service with Northwest BMW last week. When I brought my loaner car back, they saw me a scratch on the back bumper and ask me to pay for the repair. service with Northwest BMW last week. They just want somebody to fix their mistake for free...everybody bee careful while take a loaner car from them...they might ask to pay a lot when u bring your car back... More
