Derrick was great. The woman who handled the loaners was absolutely awful. The work customer service I’ve ever experienced. I waited 45 minutes for her to even take me The woman who handled the loaners was absolutely awful. The work customer service I’ve ever experienced. I waited 45 minutes for her to even take me ( I had an appointment and a reserved loaner). She never made eye contact. Never apologized for the delay. Talked like she had something in her mouth. Never told me what was going on. I complained and spoke to the manger who wa at least apologetic and helped the loaner girl but she has NO business working the desk alone as she has no customer service skills, has no idea how to do her job, the loaner smelled like smoke and the car fresheners clearly tried to mask it and the whole experience was absolutely awful. If I ever come back and she is working the loaner desk I will leave. There were so many people that morning waiting bc she works as a snails pace and is clueless and rude More
