Bluetooth audio help Stopped by the dealership yesterday to get help with my 2014 BMW 428i after speaking with Brandon Brooks; I was having problems connecting my iPhone X Stopped by the dealership yesterday to get help with my 2014 BMW 428i after speaking with Brandon Brooks; I was having problems connecting my iPhone X with my vehicle. When I arrived, I met Duane and asked for Brandon. Duane explained that Brandon was assisting another customer and asked how he could help. He walked me through how to pair my device with my car and showed me how everything operated. As Duane assisted me, Brandon came out and the two of them made sure I was comfortable with my car's technology. Brandon even took the time to program my garage door opener. They were patient, kind, and thoughtful. While I did not purchase my car from Northwest BMW, I would certainly consider doing so from Duane in the near future. Duane and Brandon provided exceptional customer service. More

As soon I arrived he had a rental car ready for me, I was never use to this cain of service from other!! Then the same thing happen with my wifes car and now with my second oil change ,the service was 10 out of 10. Every one was polite and professional. I? will recommend anyone to Jeff in the service department!!!! They have a costumer for life here Thank you guys Carlos H. More
Great Service Carletta Floyd was extremely helpful in the purchase of my 750xi, including taking care of returning some items I had left in my trade-in. In addition, Jeremy Cowan went above and beyond when I brought the car in for some minor service. Even though the vehicle had several months to go until the scheduled oil change, he went ahead and took care of this on a complementary basis. These two helped make the entire experience a pleasant one. More

Part not in when promised; Northwest makes up for it. I needed a new rim and was promised it would be there and installed while I waited. I found out part was not in and was given a beautiful X1 for two d I needed a new rim and was promised it would be there and installed while I waited. I found out part was not in and was given a beautiful X1 for two days while car was being tended to. Picked up my car and it was washed and vacuumed and I felt like I was getting in a new car. The personnel made me feel very special. Quite impressed!! They made the most of what could have been a very inconvenient experience. More

Service I would like to express my concerns with the service department, I brought my vehicle to the service department a few weeks ago because the car was je I would like to express my concerns with the service department, I brought my vehicle to the service department a few weeks ago because the car was jerking, stalling when I attempted to accelerate, just not functioning as it usually would, while there were no indicators on the dash to warrant a trip to the dealer I knew something was wrong with my car, so I made an appointment. The shop foreman drove it on the highway and didnt notice the problems, and stated because no indicators were on the dash he would be going in blind trying to figure out what was wrong, in which I respect, but he was able to tell me I needed brakes, rotors and 2 new tires, totally $2000.00, go figure, one day later the check engine light came on, but then went off, it did that for a little over a week and finally I decided to take it in to another BMW dealer, I was told my fuel pump had gone up and I needed to replace my o2 sensors, which made so much sense with the way my car was running. My problem is the service I've received from Northwest has been nothing but subpar, one service visit I had to bring the car back the next day because the coils were still firing,then to find out from my warranty company I was over charged so I got a credit for future BMW service, the next visit the gear shift wouldnt move, they stated they replaced it but I couldnt drive the car off the lot because the gear shift still wouldnt move, as if to say it was never replaced. Why I returned so many times, I have no clue but I just want the service department to understand as a woman who dont know a whole lot about cars it is important to make her feel at ease when leaving her car at the dealership, and when you say the work is complete, then I should be able to drive my car off the lot without the same problem I brought the car in for. More
