Brought my 2016 528xi in for its annual service. Upon inspection tech found a broken seat issue that could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. He went out of his way to get it covered under waranty at no cost to me. I definitely will bring my car back to BMW of Oyster Bay and work with Chris Vitucci.

Jonathan Munoz and the people at BMW Oyster Bay were great as usual. I had an issue with my battery that they fixed quickly, efficiently and cheaply. They even returned my dirty car sparkling clean. I’ve been to this dealership many times and never been anything but happy. I’d rate them a 10 out of 10
