I wanted to officially apologize for the lack of assistance you recieved on your recent visit to BMW of Peabody. One of the most difficult situations we face is when we have multiple parties interested in the same vehicle. After doing some research, that car did sell in the 40 minute window from when you called to when you arrived. My sales staff should have been more forth coming with that information, but they were trying to find a suitable replacement. Although we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, it appears we did not achieve that in your dealings with our dealership.
