I met with Harry about 3 to 4 months ago to establish the car that I was looking for which I knew was not available yet. Knowing that 2017 were coming off leases soon he looked out for the exact car I was looking for and followed up routinely during that time to provide updates that he was still on the case. He reviewed the used car list every day and the day the one came in he emailed me and I bought the car that afternoon. His work and follow up shows great credit to himself and your dealership.
