A salesman named Harry introduce himself w Recently I purchased a 2019 X3 form Leith BMW. I can on the lot late on a Friday night just before closing. A salesman named Harry introduce himself we went to on test drive in an X3. While out I explained to Harry I was looking for a particular car in his inventory. When we got back, we started looking for the car on the inventory list, and the lot, no car. The dealership closed for the night. He and I were still combing through the cars we could see, and agreed that it had to be in the back lot, or holding area. He arrived at work early, searched the back, and there it was. He called me, and said, "it is here," however it's very dirty! I told him don't worry about that if we're gonna start dealing at the price I see, no games, and number roulette I'm on the way. I got there 2 hrs later. It was dirty ( I told him to keep it just like it was until I got there) I'm particular about how black is cleaned. After my inspection, a test drive, and some negotiating ..... Deal! Mom / Granny had a new car! I'm telling this story to say the inventory selection was there, the Salesman "Harry Helmer" did a great job on customer service ( looking for the car with me in the dark 1 hr. after closing). Following up in the morning, and lastly the Sales Manager for allowing it to happen without alot of sales drama. High Trim level, Great car, Awesome deal, Dedicated Salesman. I'll see you on my next purchase first! Just think I was about to go 2 states north for the same deal, and while sitting/ signing papers there, 100 miles away another dealership texted to me; price, papers, and specs to me .... My reply you are a little too late. Thanks Harry! More
