Our new car had a small black grease mark on the light leathe Some things to improve: New car detailing should have been better for a premium brand. Our new car had a small black grease mark on the light leather seat.(The front windshield wasn’t cleaned well and had streaks. There was black “fuzz” on the rear seats). Manual paperwork seems a bit outdated and slow. Don’t appreciate having to sit through sales job of dealer add-one. That cheapens the premium brand image, in my opinion. That added to time spent taking delivery, which ended up being about 3 hrs. More
