Leith BMW is the only dealership that’s close to me and has the car I want, so I walked in wishing for a good experience. Grant is the person who made my wish come true. He welcomes and asks for my needs, very polite and not pushy at all. After the test drive, I decided that this is the car I like. Then it’s all about the price. I am not good at playing games between delaers, so I walked into the show room expecting to have the car. I put down my offer, and Grant was really cool about it. The process was so quick and clean. He gave me the offer I want, I got the car. I asked for the same offer from another dealer, and he cannot beat the price. Overall, really satisfied with my experience, will recommend Grant for anyone who comes in the door. More

Highly recommend John as someone who is knowledgeable, helpful, and exceedingly considerate. I would make two observations about John: he understood what was important to us as customers, and he was very effective at tackling the issues of buying a car that most of us might find stressful. We purchased an electric i3--which is perhaps not your typical BMW,--so John really focused on things that are important to folks buying this ca. If he was unsure of any deep technical question we came up with he immediately found someone who could help. John made the experience about as easy as it could have been, proactively looking for the best possible deal through existing rebates, employer discounts, etc., and always clearly communicating our options. As an example, during our first visit John asked when it would be appropriate to follow up with a phone call, an excellent way of letting the customer have control of the interaction, and not seeming like a pushy sales guy when he does call. 10/10, will definitely give John a call when it's time for another BMW. More
