Superior from Start to Finish After reaching the end of the road with my vehicle, it was time to trade it in. With my heart set on a BMW my husband and I drove an hour and a half After reaching the end of the road with my vehicle, it was time to trade it in. With my heart set on a BMW my husband and I drove an hour and a half from Greenville, NC to Raleigh, and was met at the door by Ales! He immediately began working on my behalf, to trade in my old vehicle, and find the perfect car for me. Ales was so kind, incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and extremely professional! I ended up leaving that day, before realizing Ales had presented me with a wonderful deal, and I couldn't miss it. He had already gone home for the day, but left his house to come back and assist me past business hours, seeing as how I had traveled so far! Juan, Colleen, and Ales stayed over an hour helping me seal the deal to my beautiful new white BMW 320i. The whole while we chatted, traded jokes, and were offered everything from water or tea to assure our comfort. Superior service literally from the moment I stepped food in the door, to the time I drove off the lot, and the next day to make sure I had made it home safely in my new BMW. Excellent Experience I stopped by one day to walk the parking lot looking at possible replacements for my 2014 528.
