My first BMW I went to the dealership to test drive an X5 and met Charles. He found the exact one I was looking for on the lot and took us out for a test drive. He was able to show me a candidate vehicle, a new 440i M-Sport, an Brendan couldn’t have been more helpful, and I sincerely appreciate his assistance!
