Shady salesmen/saleswomen, high pressure finance departments always take the joy out of buying a new car. We were so happy to meet Richard. He listened to us, showed us many options, was very patient through the test drivs and all of the questions, never trying to push extras. We have had the car for a few months now, finally writing the review. The result of all of this is that Ill be going back to see Richard next week to see about trading in my SUV for another BMW. Richard was patient in understanding my demands and did not push cars that did not spark my interest. Working w/David is always a real pleasure - he’s a top notch professional AND knows all of the details of all the BMW’s. David is always patient with me and doesn’t “push.” He answers all of my questions and doesn’t direct us in any direction...ie, which BMW is right for us - he presents the info and lets us decide. Once we decided which BMW to purchase and which options we wanted the “negotiations” were smooth and easy - again, no “pushing,” which I appreciate. (I’m retired now, but, I was a salesman for 45 years.so I’ve seen all types of salesmen - some/many of which are all “hype” and “push.” David is the opposite) Also we worked w/Colleen on the final paperwork - this is the 3rd - or maybe 5th time - that we’ve worked with her. Colleen is similar to David - professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We will continue to be “married” to Leith BMW. More
