I spoke with Mr. Daniels about my time constraints and intent over the phone and being the true professional that he is, he and the Leith team got me in and out very quickly with the car that I really wanted. At the time of the purchase, Mr. Daniels noticed some scuffs that weren’t up to the Leith standard and had them taken care of with a loaner ready Incase I didn’t have transportation while they were being addressed. This type of organizational professionalism eye for details runs through the Leith organization and is the sole reason I came back and made my purchase. More

Excellent Purchasing Experience with a BMW Genius We had been shopping for a CPO BMW X5 for several months when we came across some solid inventory at Leith BMW in Raleigh. On arrival at the dealershi We had been shopping for a CPO BMW X5 for several months when we came across some solid inventory at Leith BMW in Raleigh. On arrival at the dealership Charles Thompson came out to greet us and after a short conversation to understand what we were looking for he began to show us examples that were relevant to our requirements. Within 20 minutes we were out for a test drive, and this is where the show began. Charles is a BMW product genius, he seemed to know every detail about the vehicles. Being a technically minded guy who appreciates attention to detail I tried to play stump the expert with him, and he knew it all. After the test drive we quickly worked through some pricing details and were next out for a quick appraisal of our trade in. We teetered back and forth in our decision for the next day and Charles hung in there with us, never pestering, but always being there to answer our questions. In over 20 years of car buying I have never met a sales representative like Charles, he's just the best at what he does! More

Good car deals and better trade-in value I noticed the name Charles Thompson from Google reviews and decided to work with him for my 2018 BMW X1 xDrive. He was very pleasant to work with and I noticed the name Charles Thompson from Google reviews and decided to work with him for my 2018 BMW X1 xDrive. He was very pleasant to work with and knew the car details. I requested some details through email and response time was very quick and information was detailed. I went to another dealer before coming to Leith BMW and Leith BMW gave better price and gave much higher value for the trade-in value. Every time I buy a new car, the financing makes the experience horrible by trying to push me into buying all these additional services. Of course I rejected all, but the finance lady kept pushing. But they all seem to do that, not just here at Leith BMW. One other negative feeling I have is that the financing APR seemed bit higher than what I expected based on some Internet researching. I probably should have hold off the closing for few days and work with at least one local bank to see what APR they really offer. Unfortunately I didn't do that and just went with the rate that finance lady said was the lowest she could get. The APR they offered me was not horrible, but it just wasn't as good as what I had expected and hoped. So, in summary, the sales, especially Charles Thompson, was very good. And the financing, I never like financing unless they offer 0% APR. And I shall see how the service dept is when I come in for services... More
