He listened more than he spoke, which is what I believe distinguishes the true sales professional. I told him specifically what I wanted in my next car, he listened and made it happen. He also provided great "after the sale" service, when the car I purchased needed a few adjustments after it was delivered. A new driving experience We were ready for a new driving experience and decided to hunt for a certified pre-owned BMW i3. Also, being new to the area we wanted to find one lo We were ready for a new driving experience and decided to hunt for a certified pre-owned BMW i3. Also, being new to the area we wanted to find one local so started searching with AutoTrader. Turns out Leith BMW had a few and we thought would stop by to look. Greeting us at the door was Charles, very welcoming and offering to help us. Right away I knew we were in good hands as he mentioned he was an i3 owner! Charles was very professional, friendly, and able to answer all our questions. Also have to say he was very patience as we kept trying to selection from 3 different pre-owned or a very tempting new i3s in the showroom. There was no pressure, but in the end we purchased a 2015 i3 and enjoying it very much! The whole team at Leith BMW worked with us and made the purchasing experience exciting and easy.
