Three years ago we chose to participate in the European Delivery when we leased a 2016 BMW Z4. Ales suggested this opportunity based on his experience in doing the same. His knowledge of the process was extremely valuable and allowed us to enjoy our time in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. While we thoroughly enjoyed the car delivery and travel through Europe for 16 days, we opted to take delivery of our new 430i here in the US. Again, Ales made the whole transaction simple and we feel we were able to take advantage of a good deal. The only issues we have had in the past were dealing with minor issues with the Z4. Response time was less than desirable and at times, complete familiarity with those non-mechanical issues seemed to be less than complete. All issues were ultimately resolved, but communication through the process could have been better in our opinion. More

Shady salesmen/saleswomen, high pressure finance departments always take the joy out of buying a new car. We were so happy to meet Richard. He listened to us, showed us many options, was very patient through the test drivs and all of the questions, never trying to push extras. We have had the car for a few months now, finally writing the review. The result of all of this is that Ill be going back to see Richard next week to see about trading in my SUV for another BMW.
