Great Experience! I told Grant what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. He made it happen then gave me a new set of rubber floor mats. First Time BMW Buyer Our first experience with BMW & Leith Dealership. Our first visit was a quick drop by to look over the X3 &take a test drive. Our Client Advisor was Our first experience with BMW & Leith Dealership. Our first visit was a quick drop by to look over the X3 &take a test drive. Our Client Advisor was John Draz. During the test drive he was very attentive to our questions. Having a busy Saturday schedule didn’t help but within the time we had he was able to provide a very good foundation of knowledge. We ended up visiting the dealership three times, finally deciding on moving forward with the transaction. The Leith sales team did what they could to entice us to purchase but not so in an aggressive manner. From beginning to end I’d say 5 star service More
