He was attentive, but low pressure, giving us the space we needed to evaluate the options without a sales person hovering over us. We had begun the process over the phone with Grant Donleycott. Grant was very professional, courteous, and customer-focused. He listened to learn what I wanted and came back quickly with 2 potential vehicles within the criteria I was looking for. He respected my time and did not waste time trying to sell me more than I wanted. Grant could.not be there Saturday when we came to look at the vehicle that met our needs so he turned it over to Kent. Kent was equally professional, respectful and courteous. Like Grant, he did not try to upsell us with options we were not interested in. Kent's product knowledge was incredible and he was very good at explaining the car's features, capabilities, and options. He has excellent communication skills. Both Grant and Kent are excellent representatives for your dealership. Even though we live in Wilmington we would lean toward your dealership again the next time we are looking for a vehicle. More
