Everyone from the salesman, Kent Beard to the BMW Genius, Doug Bonnie were very courteous, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. The transaction was completed in two visits over three days which included having to have the exact vehicle picked up from another dealer. All of this was handled in a very professional manner.
