David was more interested in putting me in the right vehicle for me, no matter how many vehicles I had to drive before we found it. He took the time to explain everything about the car (more than once) before we drove off. He even personally did some final detailing of the vehicle while we were finalizing the paperwork. We recently leased my wife's vehicle and as I was waiting to close the deal, I asked John if the dealership ever got any early models in on trade. He was honest and said not really, people tend to keep them a long time or trade them in every couple years. He did tell me that he'd keep my request on his radar. 2 months later, I received a call from him saying he had found a great used 2003 Z4 that fit my requirements. It was perfect timing and the car exceeded my expectations! I commute about 3.5 hours each day so just any old car wasn't going to do the job.
