We started out driving the X1 which was a departure from previously driving a 325 and 328. While we loved the drive and features, we were pulled back to a sedan. John accommodated us in driving a couple of 330s....one new one and a low mileage loaner. Our original intention was to order a 2018 in color and features wanted, but John was able to set us up in the 2017 for a great price and with all the functionality and trim we wanted. We are extremely happy with the overall experience and wil certainly come back when it’s time for a new one. More

I couldn't say enough good things about Ales and the interest he showed in me from the first call over the phone to working with my fickle change of heart throughout the entire parking lot of vehicles. He is a very patient man and does not make you feel like he has any other customers other than you! Besides the sales experience he went above and beyond helping to set up my Sirius radio after-hours and walking me through all the important features even though the store was closed for the night. What more can you ask. Also the process was streamlined and they made sure I met a BMW genius to thoroughly understand the operations of the X3 for my benefit. I had a Mercedes and there were options on it I never knew and on this new BMW X3 those options were there and now I know I can use. Geez why didn't they make that clear at Mercedes? More
