He responded to my insurance broker immediately and gave her all the information she requested in one organized email. When I got to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pickup the car, everything was ready for me making for a quick and easy transaction. Ales spent time going over the car with me to explain everything, and someone from the genius bar answered a few specific questions.
