Kent is the reason I bought the car well, I was looking for a CPO car and thought of test driving a BMW. I had an appointment with Kent and took a test drive.I was in no mood to buy but well, I was looking for a CPO car and thought of test driving a BMW. Easy negotiation, great customer experience I was shopping various dealers for a 2018 BMW X3 -- wanting specific packages on the car. Charles Thompson was my salesman, and since Leith is out-of I was shopping various dealers for a 2018 BMW X3 -- wanting specific packages on the car. Charles Thompson was my salesman, and since Leith is out-of-town for me, we did virtually everything by text! Charles was responsive, informative, and great to work with. We closed the deal in one day, my wife and I took the train to Raleigh to pick up the car. Leith had someone pick us up at the station. Charles greeted us at the dealership, had the car waiting in a delivery bay and walked us through the car's features. I was very pleased with the deal we got on this car and recommend the dealership.
