Since we were, previously owners of a similar X3, Ales promptly respected our time by spending time addressing the differences from the current car to the new one. That way we spend time only on items and topics relevant to our needs as well as the few questions we had. Ales pointed out new features and possible options. We discussed respectfully the price an the value for the trade-in finding an agreement that, form our perspective, was fair for us as well as Leith. The next time we are in the process of buying or replacing a car, we will definitely return to Leith and work with Ales. More

He had the vehicle brought to me and then my wife and I test drove with him. He fully described all the options on the vehicle and all the benefits of owning an X3. We really liked the ride, color combination, and condition of the vehicle so we decided to negotiate a purchase. Mark and the sales manager were very helpful and not pushy during this process which I appreciated. I believe I got a fair trade in value on my vehicle and an excellent price on the X3. The process of getting me in that vehicle involve Jake Britt (sales) and Colleen OLeary (finance). These two are amazing. I highly recommend specifically asking for both of them if working with Leith BMW in the future. Jake is a great fit for his role at Leith in sales. He isn't too pushy, but is obviously aware of what I'm looking for and makes recommendations. On top of that, he's there to help you as the customer and that is immediately clear. Colleen was legitimately one of the nicest people I've met in a while at a business when dealing with finance. She not only helped me with a smooth buying experience, but also taught me some things in the process. She's clearly a very experienced person and I highly recommend her for your leasing/financing needs. More
