The entire purchasing process was very impressive and Richard helped me find the perfect car. The Leigh BMW team was very professional and provided me the best car buying experience I've ever had. The 428i is an amazing car; the 2.0 twin turbo is packed with power and the performance of a six cylinder. I'm enjoying my card. Couldn't walk away from Leith's deal! My husband and I had researched what car we believed we wanted. Leith in Raleigh was the 2nd BMW dealer we visited. We were in no hurry and had been toying with the idea of trading for 2-3 weeks. John Draz greeted us as we walked into the building and was genuine in his desire to just answer questions in a no pressure, pleasant conversation. He pulled a car for us to test drive, and rode us by a brand new X1 that was everything I wanted....but still wrapped up in its factory packaging. He heard what I wanted, and quickly found it on his lot! When it came time to discuss money, we accepted the first offer they proposed...we had done our homework, knew it was a good offer, and was better than the previous dealer we had talked with. We have bought from and serviced one prior vehicle from Leith BMW and we were always pleased. Don't imagine we will ever look anywhere else. More
