Happy with my Leith experience! I am very pleased with my experience at Leith BMW, especially dealing with John Draz. I appreciated that he and the staff understood that even though I am very pleased with my experience at Leith BMW, especially dealing with John Draz. I appreciated that he and the staff understood that even though I wanted a nice car, I still wanted a good deal. The feeling I got at other dealerships was that if I wanted a car of this caliber, I was going to have to pay the sticker price. There was a time when I thought I was going to order my car from a large dealer outside of NC. I was doing European Delivery and this seemed like the easiest option... until I walked in to Leith and met John. The point is, I'm glad that I took the chance to go to Leith BMW. John met with me, offered me a test drive with little hesitation and treated me like a person who wanted a nice car and wanted to discuss how he could become an owner. In an age when most of us are making orders for products online and we don't have to interact with other people, it is refreshing to come across someone who makes buying a car pleasant and enjoyable. Don't get me wrong, I love the car (I really love the car) but John Draz helped make me a Leith BMW client. More
