Brad was always responsive to us during the process, never became "pushy" and worked with us to find the vehicles we wanted not vehicles teh dealership wanted to sell. Top Notch car buying experience....again! For the third time in 18 months, I have had the fortune of purchasing a BMW 535 from Leith BMW. The first one was my first BMW. I traded in my old Acu For the third time in 18 months, I have had the fortune of purchasing a BMW 535 from Leith BMW. The first one was my first BMW. I traded in my old Acura for a 535 and fell in love immediately. The whole experience - test drive, to handling of my affairs, to follow up. Matter of fact, the follow up led to a quick "upgrade" within 4 months. I was completely satisfied with the upgrade until that one was involved in a car accident where it was "totaled". Hated it as that one was "the one" for me. But, a quick phone call and Kent Beard and Ty Coyle were on it for me. They kept me up to speed on multiple options, multiple choices and all the financing options available. I am now in a 2015 535i and my third 535 in 18 months. I would highly recommend Leith BMW for their professionalism, follow through, dedicated to their craft and care & attention to the customer.
