honest price and excellent customer service I was in the market for a gently used Acura MDX and found one listed on autotrader.com located at Leith BMW in Raleigh. The listing did not include pictures, so I called and talked to Brian Ano about the 2011 Acura MDX. Brian took several photos of the interior and exterior and emailed them to me directly. Two days later I went to the dealership and Brian helped me with test driving and ultimately purchasing the car. Brian was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. He treated me with respect and did not make me feel like an ignorant female car shopper. Leith BMW priced the 2011 Acura MDX within the price range I find on Edmunds.com. Other dealerships overvalued their used cars which I found irritating. I did not have to haggle with Brian and his manager over the price. The car even had extras not included in the price (rubber floor mats, towing hitch, bike rack) which would have cost several hundred dollars to add on later. I had a great experience all around and would buy from here again. More

Loved my experience buying 2014 BMW 328i I went to Leith BMW on a whim. I have thought about purchasing a BMW for the past year, but hadn't even gone to look at them. We went on a Saturday I went to Leith BMW on a whim. I have thought about purchasing a BMW for the past year, but hadn't even gone to look at them. We went on a Saturday afternoon and looked around a bit before John Draz came out. My husband told him we were not there to purchase, but we were just curious and wanted to look. John Draz was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained each model to us, as we were not sure about the different models and the differences. He took his time and explained all of that to us. We had been working in the yard prior to our visit and looked like a mess. I'm sure we looked like we couldn't afford anything there. John didn't let that phase him and acted like we were the most important customers ever. He never pressured us and took time to answer our questions, make suggestions on models and show us options. He then suggested we test drive a particular model that was a good buy because it was certified preowned, but only one years old. I have always purchased new vehicles so I was unsure about used, but the certified preowned option is the way to go. They bring the car up to like new standards. They provide a warranty on the car, in this case, up to 100,000 miles. We also had a Honda to trade. Everyone there made the experience very pleasant, especially John Draz. We ended up purchasing a 2014 BMW 328i and I absolutely love it! I have had it about a week and a half now and love to drive it! More
