THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT My 2011 X5 was serviced at the dealership routinely and running without a hitch. I got a recall letter and was told to bring the car a day ahead so I My 2011 X5 was serviced at the dealership routinely and running without a hitch. I got a recall letter and was told to bring the car a day ahead so I brought it on a Thursday to be worked on and finished Friday as I was told. Got a call Friday evening from a Marc stating my car will not be ready this week but probably Monday. I had to rent a car to my work in PA where I stay for 2 weeks. It was not till the following Thursday that he telephoned my wife to come and pick the car. Wife picked the car and on the way the screen asked her to to go to the nearest BMW dealership. When I called, I was told I needed new brakes which is not the case. They promised to pick the car last Thursday which they did, did not hear from them so I called and Mr Mark stated they did not have a "chance" to look at my car, that they will do so today Saturday and let me know. It is 3.15pm now and nobody called. Perhaps they will answer to my lawyer on Monday. More
