I initially went to 2 BMW dealerships to shop for a new vehicle and Leith was the furthest in distance from me. However, I decided quickly that I would be doing business with Leith solely because of Ales’ vehicle and Leith was the furthest in distance from me. I have knowledge complex machinery including combustion engines, controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc. The explanation given for the failure made no sense just based on the car's on-board monitoring syst engines, controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc. The explanation given for the failure made no sense just based on the car's on-board monitoring systems. I wasn't kept in the loop during the car's week long stay in service. I had to track down anybody willy to speak to me since the service advisor would not respond to VM or texts. They got their commission and forgot me. My bill alone like ly made their paycheck that wee. So, I'm over $9k in repairs in 6 months. Is it the lemon car? Or is it the service dept gouge? We have no real way to know do we? More
