I'll let you form your own opinion from this experience. 1. I came to purchase a 330i on August 3rd. We pulled up and saw the X3 (if you notice the other review above this one on the same day), sitting i 1. I came to purchase a 330i on August 3rd. We pulled up and saw the X3 (if you notice the other review above this one on the same day), sitting in the front of the building. We got out of the car and my wife saw it and said to Spencer "Hey that is a nice X3". Spencer's response, verbatim "well, it's sold, but if you want it, I will sell it to you". So to the people that purchased that from the previous review, if we wanted it, we could have bought it. We ended up purchasing a 330i. At no point, Spencer showed us anything on the car. I googled some things as far as the new features on the iDrive to see how it works. The car came without a manual and nothing with the XM radio was setup. We purchased the car entirely on our own decision without any sales influence whatsoever. The reason for the 2 stars, is that we are repeat customer. Oh, by the way, we purchased another 330i the very next week. Spencer said we can come pick up the other new car on saturday morning. We get there that morning and he stated, "that car sold overnight - sorry. Let me know if i can help with anything in the future". We had a 38k check in hand. We walked over to Brian Pippen and purchased a better 330i with more features. It just really shows how inexperienced he is and really only cares about the paycheck and not building customer relationships. Brian was awesome and deserves a separate review, which I will do right now. More

Just purchased my second new vehicle from Leith BMW . I can’t say enough good thinks about this dealership. My salesperson Ales knows the product inside and out .
