Spencer's customer service exceeded our expectations by a mile. He patiently listened to our concerns and answered our many questions about various models and packages. Spencer made this the best car-buying experience I've ever had. The finance manager was polite and highly knowledgeable (almost 30 years) but, like most, he's a fast talker; we had to gently cut him off to ask our questions but that's the game.
