He got right to the point, no B.S. and never insulted my intelligence. Ales gave me his full attention and was delightful to do business with. I dread the finance department part of the purchasing process, but here I was in and out. Brandon was a gentleman, showed me a couple of options, respected my answers, and moved on. He was super polite and sharp. It was the smoothest and quickest leasing or purchase experience I’ve ever had. This dealership understands what people want in terms of the buying experience, and more importantly, what they don’t want: pressure, xx, and tricks. They’ll give you their undivided attention and support if you’re interested in a car; if you’re not, no problem - they’ll still give you their respectful attention. If Ales and Brandon are any indication, this dealership values a culture of customer service that shows. Highly recommended! I’ll be back. More
