5 Stars to Ales. I emailed about the SUV on Sunday afternoon. Ales responded quickly. Came to the dealership 10:30 AM on Monday. Drove the vehicle and the deal was complete by 3 PM and we drove out of afternoon. Ales responded quickly. Came to the dealership 10:30 AM on Monday. I showed up at the dealership after closing and Barry was leaving for the day. He stayed to help answer questions and then allowed me to look at a car I was interested in. Harry Helmer went above and beyond to help me find a new car after mine was totaled. He was very patient and understanding as well as professional. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he said so a car after mine was totaled. He was very patient and understanding as well as professional. As this was my first BMW, he took his time in showing me all the amenities of my new "baby", and made sure I understood everything, in 90 degree heat. I came to Leith from Greensboro because of Harry's initial, detailed and honest communication as well as his follow-up with me as I was researching BMW.
