Harry Helmer went above and beyond to help me find a new car after mine was totaled. He was very patient and understanding as well as professional. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he said so a car after mine was totaled. He was very patient and understanding as well as professional. As this was my first BMW, he took his time in showing me all the amenities of my new "baby", and made sure I understood everything, in 90 degree heat. I came to Leith from Greensboro because of Harry's initial, detailed and honest communication as well as his follow-up with me as I was researching BMW.
