Our first visit to Leith BMW was in January 2020 where we met Greg Basciani. We were looking for a used BMW for our son. Although we showed interest in a 300 series, there was no pressure to make a decisio met Greg Basciani. We were looking for a used BMW for our son. Although we showed interest in a 300 series, there was no pressure to make a decision that day. After further discussion we decided we would prefer a 400 series. We let Greg know this. Over the next 5 moths, whenever the dealership would receive a 400 series in our price range, Greg would call to let us know. In June we actually discovered a model we were interested in but it was at another location. We called Greg who immediately transferred the car to the Capital Blvd. location and within 3 days, we had the car we were looking for. Greg's patience and professionalism are unmatched. The only concern we had was that the car needed a brake fluid flush and that was not taken care of prior to our arrival. However, we will definitely be back to see Greg for our future needs. It was also a nice touch that Greg called us a few days after the purchase to see how things were going. More

5 Stars to Ales. I emailed about the SUV on Sunday afternoon. Ales responded quickly. Came to the dealership 10:30 AM on Monday.
