Jimmy and Leith were everything I was hoping for and more in both financing and sales floor interactions. I brought my boyfriend for our first visit just in case I was met with the side-eye that I was anticipating, but Jimmy and everyone else were wonderful and I ended up visiting the next two times by myself and felt completely safe and comfortable. The most important part of the buying process to me was of course finding the right vehicle, but beyond that it was how the dealership made me feel and if it was clear that fairness and honesty were ingrained in the transaction. Leith - thanks to Jimmy, and Ben, and a great person in the parts department who helped me buy a roof rack before I even left the dealership - ended up being a PERFECT experience and I’ve already recommended them to a very close female friend of mine who is also a fellow 2020 graduate. I trust them and I truly could not have been happier with my experience. I came into the process very skeptical about dealerships in general but I would make that 1 hour 15 minute drive from my home to Leith anytime to get a part or receive servicing as opposed to going somewhere closer or ordering online. I cannot thank you all enough for helping me through my very first car buying decision and for making it such a seamless, accepting, kind, and thoughtful experience.
