Nobody seemed interested in anything about me, who I was, my car, or whether I even had an appointment when I got there. When I finally did speak to somebody (Tim), he was excellent, but only handling me on my car, or whether I even had an appointment when I got there. When I finally did speak to somebody (Tim), he was excellent, but only handling me on behalf of somebody else (Joell), who I was "assigned" to, but whom was too busy for me. When the services were complete, I never got to speak with Joell about the service & a few questions I had (in fact, that whole department was empty, except for one gentleman (didn't catch name), who pointed me to cashier. I also had a few other questions for the sales department managers regarding extended warranties as well as inquiries into vehicles. They told the cashier (who was friendly) to take my info & they'd call me sometime in the future. Then, when I left, I had to find my car, my keys, & finally back out of an open door not intended for exit, as there was nobody to let me out through the bay door. Any one issue wouldn't have bothered me, but in total, I'd say my experience was much less than ideal, & so I wouldn't recommend this place for service or sales, though it IS a very nice facility. I recently brought my 2024 BMW X1 M35i in after discovering that the rear left rotor was heavily corroded on the inside. From the moment I arrived, the entire team at BMW of Rockland made the experience smooth and professional. A special thank you to my service advisor, Matt Egger, who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and ensured that everything was handled with care. The technicians inspected and resurfaced the rear rotors, replaced the pads as needed, and completed the work on time with no surprises. I also appreciated the complimentary loaner vehicle, which was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. Overall, the service was efficient, transparent, and hassle-free. Thank you to Matt and the entire BMW of Rockland team for providing a truly excellent customer experience. Highly recommended! More
