My lawyer gave me huge estimate and discouraged me on any success. I called other dealers to access the service provided by BMW Gallery and they declined and chickened out. So i took the car again to BMW gallery and they charged me extra grands claiming something else broke (though relevant to their prior service). I do not think there is any way we customers can win in this game. We are enslaved to the dealer's mercy. I agree and understand that dealers create lot of jobs and spend money into economy. But this dealer raged pillage against customers.
