I always enjoy the positive attitudes of the staff in service as well as sales. The only concern I have is it seems many functions have been affected or changed at pickup. So far the main issue I have is my music selection has been totally changed. I can’t seem to find my ‘favorites' only the several albums. I might suggest that all the x5 operating systems be retuned to what they were when I brought it in. This may seem minor but it’s important to me. Thank you. More
