After finishing most of my purchase online and getting approved, I decided it was worthwhile to drive almost 3 hours to pick up the vehicle we wanted. Only one of the security questions asked actually was related to my prior purchases. They refused to complete the purchase with me and did not sell me the vehicle. Six hours round-trip and no sorry from a manager or anything. Do not buy a vehicle here. Most dealers in two days age should be able to complete an online purchase to the point of simply needing to go in to possibly finalize documents. This dealership needs some serious training. More
