I always enjoy the positive attitudes of the staff in service as well as sales. The only concern I have is it seems many functions have been affected or changed at pickup. I might suggest that all the x5 operating systems be retuned to what they were when I brought it in. This may seem minor but it’s important to me. Thank you. More

After finishing most of my purchase online and getting approved, I decided it was worthwhile to drive almost 3 hours to pick up the vehicle we wanted. Well, finishing the paperwork in their finance office approved, I decided it was worthwhile to drive almost 3 hours to pick up the vehicle we wanted. Well, finishing the paperwork in their finance office. I was told that my identity was flagged and to answer security questions. Only one of the security questions asked actually was related to my prior purchases. They refused to complete the purchase with me and did not sell me the vehicle. Six hours round-trip and no sorry from a manager or anything. Do not buy a vehicle here. Most dealers in two days age should be able to complete an online purchase to the point of simply needing to go in to possibly finalize documents. This dealership needs some serious training. More
