Technician jeremy was real good and the only reason i come to this dealership is because of him and the advisor elena made it difficult for me to choose him because he worked next door even though they a come to this dealership is because of him and the advisor elena made it difficult for me to choose him because he worked next door even though they are the same company. She rushed me to return a loaner when i asked if i can bring it back a few hours later because of my work schedule she said it wasnt ok. This was frustrating because i thought bmw looked out for their customers and i dont feel like its worth going there anymore. More
